FNB has undertaken to combine its First National Bank and Rand Merchant Bank corporate facilities into one unified infrastructure in the heart of Durban’s metropolitan area. This building is situated in Durban’s posh suburb of Umhlanga, just a stone’s throw away from the largest retail mall in the Southern Hemisphere - Gateway. Taking into account the location of this regional office, FNB has tested OneZero Consulting to provide a lighting solution that is, not only energy efficient, but as opulent as the surrounds in which it resides. OneZero Consulting provided all the electrical and electronic services to this building to ensure a Green Building Council 4 Star Certification.
