New 600 million ‘AAA Grade’ sectional title office development in Sandton. Situated in the heart of Sandton, the Katherine and West building will inevitably become the most sort after office space within Sandton. The 45 office suites were sold prior to the completion of the project.  The building also boasts 7 exclusive penthouses that overlook the Johannesburg skyline. OneZero Consulting were appointed by Barrow Construction to provide the complete electrical and electronic solution for this upmarket office space. OneZero Consulting were responsible for the electrical distribution, security and access control systems, fire detection, voice and data systems and UPS installation.
